Returns

For orders shipped within the United States, Yana-ya accepts returns of full-price, unworn merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may use any carrier of your choice; however, we recommend selecting a service that provides tracking, as Yana-ya is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
